30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
You are eligible for a full refund on your purchase for up to 30 days from the initial date of purchase. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
No Returns Necessary
To make things easier for our customers, we do not require you to ship the product back to us. We trust our community and prefer you save the hassle of repackaging and shipping. You are free to keep, donate, or dispose of the item at your discretion once the refund is processed.
How to Initiate a Refund
To start the refund process, please do not contact us via social media or direct email for initial requests. Instead, follow these steps:

2. Provide your Full Name.
3. Include your Order Number (found in your confirmation email).
4. Briefly describe the reason for the request (this helps us improve our tackle for future trips!).
Processing Your Refund
Once your request is received and verified, we will process your refund immediately.
A credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
Please note that it may take 5-10 business days for the refund to officially post to your bank or credit card statement, depending on your financial institution.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please follow up with us via the contact form.
